CrossFit Polokwane is an intimate community of individuals of all ages and race groups who are passionate about physical conditioning and improvement. We plan and design training sessions to produce optimal results for each individual. All people are not the same, so certain adjustments are made in individual programming to ensure continuous improvement where necessary. Classes are meticulously planned, and energy packed. You will achieve your best physical potential with us.


BECOME A MEMBER

All classes are presented at CrossFit Polokwane, situated on the premises of Pietersburg High School in Dorp Street. The entrance is from Dorp street.The building is clearly visible after the main cricket field just beyond the cricket nets. Access is either from Dorp Street after crossing Hospital Street. Do not use the main entrance to the school.

Ronel Neeleman

Ronel is actually a qualified Chartered accountant, with a love for sport. She was a South African hockey player, and completed in many other endurance sports and events. Ronel takes care of our NRG classes. She is qualified in CrossFit endurance, and CrossFit Rowing.

Rene Yiangou
I’ve been an athlete my whole life, starting before primary school with athletics. In primary school up to my Matric year, I was part of the Top 10 Athletics team. I started out with short distances, but my love for long distance running came in the then Std 4 (Gr6), when I was forced to fill in for the 1200m, for a friend who got injured before race day. From that day I was hooked on running. I competed in numerous provincial competitions in athletics.

In 2012 I found Crossfit, which  also had a positive impact on my running. I loved Crossfit so much that I decided to do my Level 1 and started coaching at our Box. I did my Certificate in Fitness in 2015 and I’m now also a Personal Trainer at our local gym, Body Life.

I received my permanent number (5 races) for Kosmos 3in1 (73.3km) in 2014 and my green number (10 races) for the Comrades Marathon in 2015.
